Terms
of use.

1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of payrollsmart.co.uk, operated by PayrollSmart. By using the site you accept them. They cover the website only — payroll and tax optimisation services are provided under a separate engagement agreed with each client, and nothing on this site forms part of that engagement unless the engagement says so.
2. Not tax or financial advice
Material on this site is provided for general information purposes and does not constitute tax, financial or professional advice. An engagement is established only through an agreed engagement letter. Every business situation is different — you should obtain specific advice before acting on anything described on this site.
3. Savings figures
Savings shown on this site, including any worked examples, are illustrative only and depend on your eligibility and current payroll setup. They reflect real, nameable reliefs — such as the Employment Allowance, National Insurance category corrections, RTI error corrections and HMRC-compliant pension structuring — that eligible businesses may be able to claim. Your free payroll review will show the figures for your business; no saving is promised until it has been assessed.
4. Use of this site
- You agree to use the site lawfully and not to disrupt its operation.
- Content is © PayrollSmart unless otherwise stated.
- Trade marks shown remain the property of their respective owners.
5. Liability
We work to keep this site accurate and available but provide it “as is”: we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and we accept no liability for loss arising from reliance on general content on this site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Liability in respect of services we provide to clients is dealt with in the relevant engagement.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
7. Regulatory information
PayrollSmart is registered in England and Wales. All payroll cost reductions are based on reliefs and allowances you are legally entitled to, such as the Employment Allowance. We do not recommend tax avoidance arrangements.
